What is the most outrageous plot you've ever wanted to try, or can you come up with one?  What's the strangest thing you think could happen in an HP roleplay?  How can we stretch the concept of the HP wizarding world in new ways?

I want to see if I can include these in some way, although perhaps not in the way expected. Sort of a challenge for the plot staff.

Total no holds barred here - go as weird, outrageous, and far out as you want....

Its not exactly... well I was on a RP once which was going fine. Hogwarts had a headmaster and everything was rather normal then BAM!
I had been working on a subplot with a few other people when we suddenly arrived at the point of WIZARD'S CAN'T USE MAGIC!

There was this idea that there was the Phoenix (a black phoenix) which cancelled out all magic apart from the one person who summoned it. So it was all happy and stuff until, no magic for anyone.

Then this evil summoner became lord of all things in Britain and started a breeding programme to weed out magic in children so that he would be the only one who would would ever be able to use magic.

I think it was the instant shock which made people go...'whaa?'

I think it would be good if there was a group of students who believed voldemort was right and start like a mini death eater club. It would give us a chance to have like a huge battle

Or we could turn it on its head. I read the plot here which said that Slytherins are having a hard time.... well what if it was becoming wrong to be a pureblood. I'm suprised it wouldn't be after a massive war like that.

In Germany after the war anyone with Nazi tendencies were having a hard time, It wouldn't suprise me if the pure bloods were here as well.

People would obviously think: Pureblood=Death Eater=bad.
A lot of people would be wrong but it would be very interesting....

That makes a lot of sense. It would be really interesting to have my lovely Straton persecuted simply because his family is Pureblood.

Pureblood families often have a lot of money and influence, so they might be able to bribe or threaten people into supporting them. On the other hand, the 'lower classes' might rise up against the bourgeoisie oppression.
